All unit prices include VAT and are payable per calendar month (MINIMUM RENTAL 1 CALENDAR MONTH).
You will also need to purchase a PADLOCK and INSURANCE.
We can provide insurance and this begins at £4.94 per month for £1000 of cover and we have a selection of padlocks available for purchase in the office.
We also require a security deposit which is fully refundable when you vacate the unit.
INTRODUCTORY PROMOTION
Pay for the 1st month & the 2nd month is FREE.
THIS EQUATES TO 8 WEEKS FOR HALF PRICE IF STAYING FOR 2 MONTHS

You could qualify for further discounts of:
2.5 % by paying 6 months (5 months rental with the FREE month) in advance without vacating or
5 % by paying 12 months (11 months rental with the FREE month) in advance without vacating.
Quotations are subject to availability and units can be reserved at a cost of £18 for up to 2 weeks. The £18 will be deducted from the cost of your first rental.
Please bring a photo ID (i.e. Passport or Photo driving licence) together with a current utility bill.
